Time to get to brewing. We brewed a porter and an experimental german 2 and 2 with munich and vienna malts and 2 kinds of german hops. The porter is kegged and chilled and we sampled it this past weekend. The Saison that we brewed in the spring was saved for my wifes birthday party and it must have been good because it was all drank up. Cheers! up next is not yet determined but it should be great and I'll be happy to get to brewing more frequently.
