In other news, we have entered a competition on the 28th.
Last weekend, an exciting brewday commenced. We brewed a super SMaSH, Marris otter and Fuggles, that we boiled down to a Spewcific gravity of 1.125. That is huge. A very esciting day indeed. We also brewed a pumpkin stout that will be secondaried with vanilla beans. Our Munich/Hallertau SMaSH got kegged last night. We'll see. The Lager version is lagering away but should get bottled or kegged in due time. Up next we may try to brew our Audible again scins it was so good and is now nearly gone.
