This last Sunday was bottling day. I bottled my mcgrizzly's red. I still am unsure of the colour, it is reddish but still a bit light. I'm not going to decide until it is carbonated and in the glass. My fermenters have been bub bub bubbling away, always good times. However, I forgot just how bad lager fermentations stink. As for the lager, the temp on my fermenter has staywd right below 52*f. This pleases me greatly. It is going very slow but the temp just dropped back to 48/49 ish after 1 week so I think I may have turned a corner on this one. I'm gonna let it go until this weekend and bring it out for a D-rest and then down to 34* for to finish lagering.
