As the title states I have finished my very first keg of homebrewed beer. This is a satisfying moment not just because the beer was subpar but because I did it. it happened on my fourth pour of the day whilst Ernie and I were brewing a Munich SMaSH with munich malt (duh) and hallertau hops. We had incredibly good efficiency and decided to put European ale yeast in to two fermenters each with 4 gallons and lager yeast in a carboy with 3.5 gallons wort topped of to 5 gallons with water. We decided to water down the lager because it would have ended up being about 7% abv and that was not what we were going for this time around. Next up we will brew a British super SMaSH with Marris Otter and Fuggles. this beer will be very interesting if the plan comes together as well as we hope
